Toby Freyou has served as children’s pastor at Church at the Cross since May, 2003.

Toby grew up in Arlington, Texas.  Toby did not attend church as a child, but as an adult accepted Christ at the age of 24. After working for 15 years as a quality control analyst and a regional sales representative for a national food company Toby surrendered to God's call to ministry.   He attended Southwestern Seminary where he received a degree in Christian Education.

Toby is married and he and his wife have three children.  His purpose for children’s ministry is very clear: to share God’s love with children and their families so they can develop a personal relationship with Christ, a strong spiritual foundation, lasting relationships, and a passion for sharing Christ with others.
