For some people, going anywhere for the first time can be a nerve-racking experience. We have all had a 'first day' at church. You will find we are a very friendly group of folks. If you don't understand something, just ask. Here is a quick summary of what you can expect at our church to help avoid any worries. You will find helpful information on location, times, dress, and campus layout.
Service Times
We offer two identical Sunday morning Worship Services at 9:00 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. Our services last about an hour and ten minutes.
Worship Services
Our Worship Center is the large building located on the far right as you enter the campus. Our music style is contemporary and includes praise songs and the great hymns of the faith. We use a variety of instruments in our worship including horns, drums, percussion, keyboards, and guitars. We believe the last thing the Bible should be is boring, so we present biblical truth using drama, videos, personal stories, and preaching. Our pastor’s preaching style is Bible-based and relevant to current life issues.
What Do I Wear?
This is easy — wear whatever makes you comfortable. We are an informal church and accept people as they are. There is no need to dress up unless it puts you at ease.
What Do You Have for My Children?
If you have preschool or elementary children, plan to arrive a few minutes before the start of the worship service to get your children settled. All of our preschool and children’s classes are located in the KidzTown building — it's on your left as you drive onto our property. Our professionally trained adult volunteers provide loving care and age appropriate Bible teaching for all preschool and elementary children. Bring your children to the main entrance that faces the parking lot. Once inside, you will see a Guest Registration Center on your left, next to the KidzTown Diner. We will have a greeter there to help you quickly register your children in our electronic security system and to help you find your classrooms. We will transition birth to 4th graders through both hours so you are free for LIFEGroups (Bible study groups) and worship. It's that easy!
What About My Teenager?
If you have a middle school or high school student, 7th & 8th graders can attend Flight School in our student ministry room, The Hangar, at 9 a.m. 9th through 12th graders attend Flight School at 10:30 a.m. Each group will attend the worship service at the time opposite their time in Flight School. The Hangar is located at the back of our worship center building.
